That one guy is a sh*t-ton of disorganized crazy. The communists? Fox news is the media? Marketing and brainwashing?

I'm surprised the mob didn't beat him down and eat him.

"Burn the books!" she yells from off-camera. The surprised camera man asks if she's serious, and which books she'd burn. "The ones in college, the brainwashing books, like the evolution crap."

LOL. 1933 Germany wants their politics back.

I thought she and the cameraman were together and making a joke of the whole thing. I know I would have been offering all kinds of funny if I'd have been there.

I'm not sure if they are joking, or agreeing, but whatever. History has shown repeatedly that there are always people that really do want to burn all the books.

it's a communist plot that started about 50 years ago?

nighthawknews.files.wordpress.com

General Jack D. Ripper: Mandrake, do you realize that in addition to fluoridating water, why, there are studies underway to fluoridate salt, flour, fruit juices, soup, sugar, milk... ice cream. Ice cream, Mandrake, children's ice cream.
Group Capt. Lionel Mandrake: Lord, Jack.
General Jack D. Ripper: You know when fluoridation first began?
Group Capt. Lionel Mandrake: I... no, no. I don't, Jack.
General Jack D. Ripper: Nineteen hundred and forty-six. Nineteen forty-six, Mandrake. How does that coincide with your post-war Commie conspiracy, huh? It's incredibly obvious, isn't it? A foreign substance is introduced into our precious bodily fluids without the knowledge of the individual. Certainly without any choice. That's the way your hard-core Commie works.

...

dear god, it all makes sense now!

Right...but you don't have to go all the way back to 1933 for that: Christian groups burned Harry Potter books in 2001. I'm sure it happens all the time, although it seems to be getting harder and harder to get fire permits for book burnings, which is pretty damn funny.

Well, college certainly does brainwash folks. Look at how well Sean Hannity has done without all that pesky book learning, right?

Please. Idiots. Take your kids out of school, so that they can be further marginalized by an economy gone horribly wrong, and put them at further disadvantage, so that when they take to the streets, they can be then put into the crosshairs of the prison industry that you've built, and then not molly-coddled by the domestic safety nets that you've worked tirelessly to disable and hamstring.

It's a brilliant plan. Wonderous and spectacular, and guaranteed to keep Democrats into power as your kids are consistantly disenfranchised and further and further relegated as second class citizens to finally fulfill the prophesy that you've heard spake so oft.

Keep on running towards that cliff, O you Princes of Main Street, you Kings of New Cleveland...

Where were these people under Bush? Hello!?!

The Patriot Act? Grabbing guns during Katrina? Mercenaries on America's streets? Lying us into war? Contractors looting the treasury during wartime? Unprecedented executive power? Rigged voting machines/elections? The politicization of every office of government? Refusing to cooperate with any investigation?

The list is too long to complete in one weekend!

So what is it Obama has done, exactly?

So what IS the surprise Glenn Beck will show his faithful viewers on September 12? Is he going to have everyone put on their 9/11 masks (comes in Osama Bin Laden and Rudy Guiliani!), show this

www.i-mockery.com
(hotlinked, hope it works)

and then all their heads will turn into bugs and worms, making the world a better place?

Is Glenn Beck a witch? God I hope so.

Sounds like their kids might kind of need college. You don't want them home schooled, that's for sure: The only required reading will be the The Turner Diaries.

I haven't found any aspect of this "revolution" that makes sense. I'm not even sure what their goal is, other than to join hands and scream about Obama.

The only thing I have figured out is that it doesn't seem to have anything in common with the original tea party.

Preemptive damage control. If people don't show up, they were intimidated by ACORN. If crazies show up, they're ACORN plants. If someone drops their wallet while there, stolen by ACORN operatives. If their bacon is overcooked that morning, George Soros is trying to force a kosher diet on right thinking Americans.

I really want to go to one of these and yell random things. Although I wonder what percentage of the people at them are there just because it's funny to yell crazy things to a mob who will agree with you, especially when it deals with teabagging. Kind of like when I went to the ron paul rally, I'd say 20% or so of the audience was there because the guy was crazy.

But those are actually things to complain about. Dick Cheney and his secret energy meetings, his unprecedented 'presidential' power, his use of Cayman Island tax-dodging while CEO of Haliburton, his BLATANT use of his political influence for the private sector to secure no-bid contracts for his former company...

Haliburton's abuse of Cost Plus, their swindling of the American people in Iraq, their complete incompetence when it came to feeding the troops...or doing the laundry...or delivering clean drinking water.

ACORN has promised to plant people at the tea parties to basically cause problems and shout outrageous things, all under the false pretense of being right wingers attending the rallies. Others will be there to "document" it.

The guy in the video was for real, but the woman who yelled out "burn books" was a real life troll if you will, meant to rile up the crowd and discredit the whole movement.

The crazies will be out in full force at those things, but some of the signs and chants that seem too out there to be true really will be.

They've done it themselves successfully for years until Cheney "did a study" that it would be a better idea to overpay contractors to do a crappy job.

Is this how the right wing felt about us freaking out these past 8 years? Is there any equivalence at all? Because it seems like they are just freaking the fark out with no real direction for their anger. I mean, some of us libs said some stupid stuff but our hearts were in the right place. I just don't know what these right wingers are thinking.

Yeah, but it sounds alot less rational when you try to tie all that into a secret skull and bones plot to knock down the Twin Towers.
