Ok, I've tried to defend this guy but Budweiser is shiat. Seriously, it's the only beer that's ever made me puke.

The office of President means something. It's not just a position, it's a symbol. Not only does it represent America to the world, but it in fact this office is the office of the leader of the Free World.

Are we saying that in this day and age, Budweiser is the best beer that America can produce? Whenever Obama drinks a budweiser, he is sending a message to the world and to Americans:

"America just isn't what it's hyped to be. We're not interested in being number one anymore. We're happy just going with the flow, we don't care anymore."

Our enemies are listening. Americans are listening. Our children are listening. Expect that, in a few years, because of that, the level of education and literacy will actually go down. If our President just doesn't care, why should they? The Roman Empire went down in flame through external barbarians. The American dream will end up drowned in disgusting beer by the barbarians we cultivated within our own schools, because we had a President who just couldn't choose a better beer and send to the rest of the world the message "We're not perfect, but we still want to stay on top, dammit, and we'll do all we can to stay there" by choosing something other than such a sub-par beer.

Good for him. I can't stand it unless it's served at 31.8 degrees Fahrenheit where it numbs your taste buds, plus it gives me a near-immediate headache. But good for him. It's definitely an 'everyman' beer.

I prefer PBR or Old Milwaukee for cheap beer - or even Schlitz now that they make it again. Leinies for everyday decent drinking, and my own for the good stuff. I'll pass on the boutique beers that spend 40% of their budget on designing their bottle labels.

I use Linux. But I'm no beer snob. If it is beer, I'll try it. The only beer I don't think I like is guiness. The bitter taste doesn't work for me, but I can drink it as part of an Irish Car Bomb!

Bud Light is the only beer that can get me drunk. It literally goes down like water. I can finish 6 in an hour and a half. Sure I like those breakfasty beers that are thick and dark but I can barely finish a whole one before my stomach is full and I feel sleepy. This is a problem for a binge drink drunk such as myself. That's why I try to stick to vodka.

$10 on a six of fancy beer or 10 on a 12 pack of Bud? When I'm just drinking to have a good time with friends and getting farked up I'd rather go with quantity over quality. If you drink it enough you don't notice the taste.
