Hey, that's not a bad idea. You get to say good-bye to everyone and get to have one last good time with all of your friends. Maybe if I'm going from a terminal illness I'll do the same thing. Maybe I could also make it a Fark party and see if I can get trolled at my funeral...

Sounds great to me - a friend of mine who was dying saved up all his symphony tickets for the entire season and cashed them in at once to take all his closest buddies to a Pops concert, then to dinner.

He put aside money in his will for a big wake too.

Why not do it the way this guy is doing it. I like the idea very much.
