"Axe of death" isn't really a pun because "axe of death" isn't an expression that anyone uses, ever.

I grabbed the aerosols in my cupboards and there was only a tiny warning on them that solvents can kill.

"It was so small, I'd have needed a magnifying glass to see it and that's not good enough. The message needs to be put out there in big, bold letters."

Because nobody knows that not breathing oxygen or ingesting a lot of industrial solvents will kill you, right? Your son is was an idiot, and our lifeguard Mr. Darwin has just scooped his feces out of the pool.

RandomAxe [TotalFark] 2009-04-05 02:01:49 PM
Let this be a lesson.

To, uh, whomever. Whatever. Axe, is the important thing.

abigsmurf 2009-04-05 02:01:56 PM
*sigh* they've got a warning label, people know that they're there, there probably isn't a kid in britain who isn't taught how dangerous solvent abuse is. It's hammered into you at school. Sniffing from an aerosol fills your lungs with shiat and it all goes directly to the brain which takes a couple of seconds to die exposed to high concentrations of toxic gases.

A 22 year old dying from it is pure stupidity and he found the most effective cure for stupidity.

Shocker.

"He'd been sniffing an ordinary, everyday can of antiperspirant - the type found in every household, on every supermarket shelf - and it killed him.

Yeah, everyday can of CHEMICALS. She makes it seem like its supposed to be harmless, when even the can warns that ventilation is needed when using the f*cking thing. Now I don't see why I would need ventilation unless I'm not supposed to inhale this sh*t...

Gawd, I'd love to see a "Where Are They Now" on Warrior Golden Guy.

Doesn't he just look like he lost the fight to wash his face before the mug shot was taken?

So became one nice smelling deceased son.

He was just busted again for huffing a month or so ago, don't know that I'm ambitious enough to find the thread right now...

This mother is a complete moron for thinking she needs to raise awareness about the dangers of huffing chemicals. You know what? I'm going to go raise awareness on the dangers of self inflicted gun shot wounds to the face.

Or that the warning labels are insufficient... I bet this is the same biatch that spilled coffee on her vag at mcdonalds to get a million bucks.

Space_Fetus: Axe of death? What's the saving throw on that?

Depends on what edition we're playing. If we're talking 2nd edition, I believe it would be 17 or higher, depending on your class. If we're talking 3rd edition and above, I think it's a Fortutide save, with a DC of 18 plus half the level of the spell caster.

I actually like the product itself (I'm wearing it right now). It's just that their ad campaigns make me want to punch a hole through the wall.

Conversely, I love the Old Spice commercials and find their product disgusting.

Except that biatch totally deserved the money and this poor mother doesn't want to admit her son was an addict.

FTA- "I don't believe he touched it again until the night he died."

Denial. But look up Stella Liebeck, third degree burns on an elderly woman's genitals have a way of affecting a jury.
