Actually, I'm getting a lot of work done on my house now that I'm not spending time, energy and money going on expensive vacations every few months.

What I am finding is all the women that normally wouldnt pay attention to me, are now. I was always the frugal one of the bunch (looked as an outsider). Now I am looked as someone who was "ant" and not the "grasshopper". Take that! unemployed roofer friend.

I like how fewer people are turning up their noses at my brown bag lunches. For three months solid, my new boss went out to lunch every day.
