It just amuses me how people worship this band and refuse to accept that some of us think they suck. It's always 'you don't get it' or 'you don't understand'. Tastes vary, and this is all my opinion.

I agree with this statement in principle. I would prefer to say that I enjoy songs by John and George more than anything by Paul and Ringo didn't really write much. Paul has some sweet songs under his belt nonetheless he wrote Michelle (which is personally one of my favorites), Yesterday, All My Loving, Helter Skelter, and Blackbird. You could fill 2-3 #1 albums with nothing but awesome songs by Paul. He gets the shaft too often, probably cause he's still alive and John isn't.

And if you don't like The Beatles that's cool, but there isn't one single song in their catalog you genuinely like?

You certainly are entitled to your opinion, and there is no band everyone likes -- but your trite dismissal of them as repetative and dull shows you really haven't taken a look at their body of work or you are just trolling. Ok you're right, not all their music is repetitive, unfortunately more of their 'radio' hits are. I have heard much of their other works, and I still don't care for them. I can see why others do but they just aren't for me. And none of their lyrics strike me as great.

Like I said I don't think they're the worst band in the world. I'd rather listen to them than Led Zeppelin who DO annoy the shiat out of me.

My issue is more with the 'Beatles Fundamentalists' as I said.

The Beatles are good for Pop music...but that really isn't saying much. Just because their music is diverse doesn't mean it's great.

Then listen to 'I Wanna Hold Your Hand' and you will immediately hear why they get the love."

Now you're just lying. Glad to see you're enjoying yourself, tho.

Look, I love the Beatles and I was born in the Mid 70's. As far as I'm concerned though, Georges passing was the end of true creativity from any of the remaining Beatles. John and George gave them an edge that Paul and Ringo didn't have.

However, I do have a solution for this problem:
The Beatles need a Guitar player and a Front Man.
The Who need a Bass player and a drummer.
