Actually, according to the headline, that's probably the best and most timely thing you could do.

Great, UMW makes Fark for something other than our former president getting two DUI's in 24 hours and it happens to be for this.

/Slightly off topic

Is it me or does Rhiannanananannana look like her eyes are getting further and further apart....if it keeps going she'll have eyes on the side of her head and look like a Pigeon.

I'm tired of the media trying to brainwash us she's SO hot.

/Does'nt deserve a slapping though

//Not gay

Chris decided to rock an interesting wardrobe choice for the occasion ... and we're not talking about the shorts.

I LOL'd

Psssh. He just needs to change his look and his name, its not like he looks distinctive enough that anyone would notice if he popped up in another city with a new alias. He can skip the artist route and go producer route.

You want to raise awareness for physical fitness you invite Lance Armstrong. You want to raise awareness for violence against women you invite Chris Brown. I can dig it.

Were women allowed to be violent towards him? Then I think it was Mission Accomplished.

It is for raising awareness...it doesn't define what that means. Perhaps they are raising awareness to how best to hit a woman so as to not leave bruises in easy to see places...

Maybe Chris is there to demonstrate his Rhianout choke hold.

"Now if you'll notice folks, Chris here is not using his fists. Rather he's swinging a giant sack of Valencia Oranges in a side to side sweeping motion."

Can someone explain to me, the whole overall idea of "Bringing Awarnness too"? I've never understood this whole concept.

"Why are you jogging tomorrow?"
"Oh, it's for breast cancer awareness."
"WHAAAAA? WHAT IS THIS 'BREAST KAN-SEER' YOU SPEAK OF?"

Who doesn't realize that these things exists? I could understand if they had an event for a brand new flesh eating virus that people needed to avoid. Or an awareness event based upon the discovery that one in 10 people in the US are Chinese organ thieves.

But it seems to me that these "Awareness" events are a circle jerk involving a bunch of suburbanites with a spare Saturday who like to do things that really make zero difference but make the end user feel like they've done some kind of good for the community.
