Apparently not enough people are getting rolled to snitch.
Watch out for plaid or striped shirts, nerdy glasses, and ex-military babyfaces asking you your business or injecting themselves into your lives in a brief meaningless way so that you don't think they're snitches. It's a confetti tactic.
