I just looked at BMI standards, and, wow, you're obese unless you have no muscle mass.

I suppose some of the dissatisfaction comes from being out of shape, and so intercourse doesn't last that long/long enough/takes too much work.

I give you that. Ultra-skinny starts to have a kind of Death Camp look that is unattractive. But you seldom see that in men. Death Camp thin is usually reserved for white women/girls with yellow teeth.
