I fully believe some of them are staffer-managed. But I think this is the real Chuck, just like I think the lady who mentions Taco Bell at least five times a week is the real Claire McCaskill.

One, it's not sent via Berry, but via txt-message. That's a sign that whoever this is hasn't got a smartphone. Not a staffer.

Two, it's way too full of fail to be a staffer. A staffer-written twitter would not misspell freaking "Utube", or "inteligent"
