Being that cops love chinese food and I've seen my fair share of cops in these restaurants than at any other types of restaurants I have to say the odds of seeing cops say during lunch time etc is a 50/50 chance so it's stupidity and not bad luck in this case.

Only thing dumber is to rob a krispy creme.
