Woodstock co-founder Michael Lang says plans for a 40th anniversary concert are "all speculative ideas" for now, but he hopes to bring them to reality this summer.

Shallow affectation at best. the boomer generations sold their souls for a new beemer and a 401k plan. now that someone stole their money and they found out they have to pay their own way into retirement, they're too busy being bitter and angry to remember those summertime dreams of peace, love, harmony and cannabis for all.

Oh great. How am I supposed to get down the Thruway if it's clogged with 400,000 Hoverounds?

Of course Joe's unavailable - the car wash keeps the man busy.

Wow, I forgot all about 89, and I was actually somewhat involved.
A friend of mine, Bert Sommer (who played on the 1st day in 69), was scheduled to play.
We went to a press luncheon at Tavern On The Green announcing it.

That was when we decided it was a scam, and we were right. Nobody got paid, but the lunch was magnificent.

We down to check the actual "concert", and wow, was that a non event.

remember kids, Stop, Drop and Force Your Penis Into an Unwilling Female. and if you're going for the whole weekend, make sure to bring lots of lighter fluid.

Personally, I'm waiting for the 40th anniversary of Altamount.
