I don't see where the entirety of the United States is said to be represented in the headline, unless you read it such a way. One could easily read this to say that a group comprised of Americans are stirring hatred. Hasty generalizations are fallacies but so are false equivocations.

The missionary group could have handled this better (perhaps identifying the video as fiction at the beginning), but let's not vilify them for them message that they're trying to get out.
