Within 90 miles of the Russian border, you mean?

I'm going to guess 0, unless we have a base in Georgia now.

(Insert overplayed joke about the state of Georgia here)

It's different. We only attack smaller countries. Russian's are effin crazy. They will start a world war over their nationalistic pride.

As of 2002, a whole farking lot. Including contingents in Russia, Uzbekistan, Kazhakstan, and Kirghizia. Even more fun....U.S. installation neighbor Russian Installation in Kazhakstan.

But hey, that all "over there." Don't bring that shiat "over here."

Nothing at all, the only scary thing is our ridiculous policy towards Cuba. Hopefully Obama will deal with that as well, for far too long a bunch of cowards who fled Cuba for Miami instead of fighting have dictated our policy towards Cuba.

w_houle 2009-03-14 01:09:35 PM
I think I need to make a text file of my comment on this so I can just copypasta it...
The U.S. needs to extend citizenship to all Cuban nationals living in Cuba, then give all newly formed U.S. citizens passports. When Cuba starts raising a big, hairy stink about it the U.S. can occupy Cuba. If Russia wants to whine about is we can tell them to STFU because it is part of OUR SPHERE OF INFLUENCE!

This is like some crappy movie sequel like Beverly Hills Cop 2, Electric Bogaloo II, the Next Karate Kid, etc., etc.

Yawn. The 1st installation of the Cold War was cooler and scarier.

Well, we have been sitting on their doorstep with taking in eastern Europe into NATO, despite the fact we agreed not to do so..

I can understand why they're grumpy..

I still don't welcome this development, though. All the posturing of world leaders lately is making me a little nervous.

With the current climate in Russian politics, their stance on Iran and the missle shield, and our new leadership...this is a message, loud and clear.

Well, since Cuba wants to be closer economically to the US, this seems to be a dumb move on their part. But Cuba's leadership has always reeked of dumbfarkery.
I thought you guys broke up? Nyet, that's what we wanted you to think!
