Guess Idolotator never made it a Ramones gig when she/he had a chance. They had the ability to turn everyone into a screaming teenage girl; it was part of the reason it was awesome.

And I guess they never saw any footage of the band in Hispahnic/Latin American/South American countries... Good Lord, the people went nuts for the Ramones. Some of the DVD documentaries on them are just awe-inspiring for that reason....

/Wishes the Ramones were still around.

Indeed. I can't remember which specific documentary it was but one of them had Argentina footage that rivaled or exceeded Elvis/Beatlemania.

The Ramones that matter are dead and all of Motley Crue is still alive.

I don't get it. It's not like all of Motley Crue hasn't tried to die.

I can't think of many bands I wouldn't trade to have the Ramones back.

I got to see them in '83. They can't possibly be as good as I remember them because that would be totally impossible.

Wrong, the whole band mattered. only the ones you have a boner for are dead.

Brown Jenkems: Mark takes it up the ass.

Brown Jenkems thinks an individual's sexuality is, in itself, a slur.

- Joey made me bi-curious.

They're playing their "only" U.S. show in Tupelo, MS next week. Weird huh? It's just down the road for me...but I won't go. Don't have the money.

Anyways...rambling aside. The radio station that's promoting it keeps calling them the Ramones! It pisses me off greatly. I've gotten on to about three or four people for saying it's the Ramones. It's cool that he's touring, and I hope it's good..but still, it's not the Ramones. Dammit.
