Cat Stevens?

Anyawy, I know it's against the Fark rules, but Amy Winehouse's music is pretty damn fine, so provided she shows up and sings, sounds like an awesome gig.

/seriously, I get the impression very few Farkers have ever heard an Amy Winehouse song

I'd go to that show.

Well I'd be surprised if everyone hasn't heard Rehab and probably You Know I'm No Good, but yeah I agree.

P.S. if anyone can do mashups, I'd love to hear You Know I'm No Good mixed with "My Neighborhood" by Space. Thanks.

Paul Weller Live in Amsterdam (whole concert)

you'd better hurry up - the site will go down at the end of this week!

Amy Winehouse, Toots And The Maytals, I Blame Coco (31)
looks like Toots is opening up for her, to me.
the Weller gig is on another night.
Paul Weller, Ernest Ranglin, Spooky Tooth (29)

/Back to Black is a great album
//Weller is great too.

1979: looks like Toots is opening up for her, to me.

Who the hell is his manager? Last summer, he opened up for a James Blunt/Sheryl Crow double bill. Even ignoring the fact Toots leaves more talent in his bowel movements than those he opens up for, are Winehouse, Blunt, and Crow fans really going to be into rocksteady? If Winehouse could get her act back together, she might have made a good opener for Toots, but not the other way around.

/Back to Black was okay
//The session players on that disc were fantastic, which helps (to say the least)

Paul Weller to perform live.

That's good.

You'll have to see Amy Winehouse first

That's bad.

Amy Winehouse will probably cancel.

That's good.

Your seats are made of potassium benzoate.

That's bad.

Can I go now?

Hey, I have no problems with Amy Winehouse's music. Actually, the first time I heard her voice it blew me away (I don't like that Rehab song though) And hey, what she does on her own time is her business.

Paul Weller, eh? He was decent in the Fast and the Furious movies... didn't know he was a singer.
