I'm no britney spears fan, but good on her. If seeing her cheers up sick kids and she's giving money to treat them, then maybe she's finally growing up a little bit and starting to realize the world doesn't revolve around her.

This is good and all, but her charity of choice is to bring clowns to hospitals? A) Clowns are scary. B) Not every kid likes Patch Adams. C) The Clown economy probably doesn't need bailing out right now
