Ahh, good ol' Allentown, PA (Little Puerto Rico). I was born and raised there. I like seeing articles like this, I quickly scan them to see if I know any of the folks who got arrested. Bah... don't know any of them.

Allentown is a shiathole now, and quite honestly has been for the last 20+ years. So glad I moved away.

Problem - Non hookers were getting propositioned for sex.

Police Solution - Set up fake hookers, arrest people seeking to exchange money for a good or service (the foundation of our entire economy), let tax payers fit the bill for the time and effort of the police, punish the 'evil' men who wanted sex and women who wanted to earn $$$ (but again, the porn industry is how big? And prostitution is legal in how many parts of the US?).

Better Solution - Require that all hookers work out of a brothel.

When you want a doctor - do you go and proposition random guys on the street? No....you go to a doctor's office.

Make prostitution legal and there is no reason for 'street-walkers' anymore. Men wanting hookers would go to the Hooker's office.

Problem solved.
