Goodnight sweet gardener.

thisdaydreamer [TotalFark] 2009-03-07 04:32:58 AM
And now he has the coveted green light. I think he would have really liked that.

Goodnight, good Farker.

Sad tag, or hero?

Goodnight, sweet price. We shall drink to your untimely end and will welcome your embrace when we meet in the ultimate TF party.

Peace, fellow Farker.

"You talked to Tommy, he knew what he was talking about."

A know-it-all? He's definitely a Farker, through and through.

RIP.

Sir Cumference the Flatulent [TotalFark] 2009-03-07 05:16:20 AM
Anyone know his login?

My condolences.

"He was a big Farker," Tommy Repici, 25, said with a slight grin.

Man, he really must have been on here a lot! Wish we knew his login. Maybe someone who knew Tom will post in this thread.

He voted for Barack Obama for president after a lifetime of Republican leanings.

This makes me think he might have been a Politics tab regular - there were a number of people who posted who were self-described long-standing Republicans who voted Obama. I bet I'd recognize his login...

It sounds like he was a hell of a guy, interested in everything. I'm so sorry for his family and friends who have lost him. Don't smoke, people. :(

Sad to hear of a fellow farker passing on. Condolences to his family and friends.

Earguy [TotalFark] 2009-03-07 07:31:01 AM
Sure I finally find another Farker from my area, and he's gone.

baka-san [TotalFark] 2009-03-07 07:33:50 AM
Rest in piece you magnificent bastard.

Confabulat [TotalFark] 2009-03-07 07:33:54 AM
When I go, I'll make Fark's front page too, but no one will be calling me a Farker in the article. It'll just be the Florida tag and a bunch of people calling another victory for Darwin.

Wild Eyed and Wicked 2009-03-07 07:39:25 AM
He sounds like he was a neat person - too bad we did not get to know him until now.

MorrisBird: Peace, fellow Farker.

This...

RIP, brother.

MorningBreath [TotalFark] 2009-03-07 07:57:00 AM
Sad, but he lived a full life. But he was old for a New Jerseyan, they usually drop dead from exhaust fumes or hair gel in their 30's.

Nabb1 [TotalFark] 2009-03-07 07:57:36 AM
Rest in peace, Farker. Thanks for sharing some of your time with the rest of us.

Pocket Ninja [TotalFark] 2009-03-07 08:15:36 AM
Surely there's no harm in outing him now that he's gone, so people can actually know what screen name they're missing?

Seconded.

Between the dollar-a-pack tax increase and reading that story, I might actually try quitting smoking.

baka-san: Seconded.

I agree.

/condolences to the family.

Yes, but does anyone actually know his screen name?

Godspeed. May the pain your family feels at your loss quickly fade and be replaced by their happiest memories with you.

It's always sad when we lose one of our own. Unlike all the other death threads of famous people, which are hilarious.

Goodbye, farker guy. Hope you had lots of lulz here.

Pocket Ninja [TotalFark] 2009-03-07 08:56:49 AM
sloppy shoes: Yes, but does anyone actually know his screen name?

Well, one would think the modmins could tell us. I mean, what the hell's the point of a memorial thread if you don't know who you're memorializing?

I thought about that, but I don't know if they'd be able to do anything but narrow it down. I'm sure there are a lot of New Jersey Farkers. I also doubt that it's something Drew wants to touch, since it divulges into giving away personal information, even if it is post mortem.

I'm thinking his son is a Farker, and probably submitted the thread. I'm hoping he chooses to divulge said information.

Is that what we're calling it these days?

I heard that, on his deathbed, he received total consciousness. So he had that goin' for him, which is nice.

Godspeed man.

I think I'll leave instructions so that my obit will mention FARK. But without an explanation. Those who know, will know.
