(NME) Cool Devo to play "Q: Are We Not Men? A: We Are Devo?" 1978 classic in its entirety for the first time. Their red energy dome hats still fits, but the suits are getting a little tight   (nme.com) divider line 28

There are few things as awesome as the live Devo DVD featuring their set from a Lollapalooza show in which they were on right before Metallica. Mark Mothersbaugh running madly around the audience getting drunken metalheads to yell "WE ARE DEVO" is possibly one of the greatest live concert moments I've ever seen.

I saw that headline and thought "Its my lucky day". Then I click on the article and...the show is in farkin' London. Why do all these American bands reform for one show only in England?

They SHOULD play "Oh No! It's DEVO!" in its entirety.

No lie. They're from Ohio. I live in Metro Detroit.

Ya think MAYBE they could pile into a minivan and come up for a visit?

I am not a drunk metalhead but one of the time I saw Devo, Mark Mothersbaugh ran madly toward me and asked, "Are we not men?" to which I yelled, "We are Devo!"

the "oh no" tour in 1983 was amazing at the time. Huge video screens at a concert? what a concept...

I saw Devo live a few years back (some big show with all sorts of "retro" bands) and it was one of the most amazing live shows I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing.

That having been said, I wish I could have been around in the later 70's to have been there for all of it. And now I wish I could go to this show.

/listen to Polysics, y'all.
