That does make sense because in Spanish the noun comes before the adjective, so he thought, 'cop' first, and 'bad' second.

Ok Cop apologist / fantasy-land dweller - please tell me what the dispatcher is going to do, what the cop is going to do, and what you are going to do for the 5-10 minutes (best case) it takes the cop to get to you and your family.

Cops are reactive. Abdicating to them your responsibility/need as an organism on this planet to defend yourself means you are likely to lose whatever fight is in question.
