Just finished reading the last part of the article. Either the Alps are hardcore or the people traveling to the Alps are super dumb.

Over in one.

The incident follows the death of British student Rachel Ward, who froze to death in January after falling into a river while trying to find her way home from a party at the Val d'Isère ski resort in France.

Hotter than what's hidden by the towel

I always liked her.

Even the Mallrats TV edit had nothing on this. Censorship can be a wonderful thing if used creatively.

I should have known better than think I'd get that in there first.

Not mutually exclusive.

Maybe it's my drunken haze, but there seems to be a BL reference in nearly every Fark thread.

Original Headline:Darwin warns: When drunk off your ass in the Swiss alps, try not to fall of the edge of the world on your way home

This took place in the French alps, in fact, some 150km south of Switzerland.

The thing that is hard to understand is that this accident has been repeated on a regular basis over the past few years, with the same predictable results, but with apparently nothing much being done about making sure it doesn't happen again.

They were staying at the Ruby Chalet, where a package of seven nights' full board accommodation, flying from Leeds-Bradford airport, costs about £400 to £500

It was also confirmed yesterday that the body of a British teacher who vanished in the French Alps more than six months ago has been found.

I guess it was a good day for finding strangers in the alps.

Bet you had to eat it fast in order to reach the lifts within 26 minutes.
