How stupid

Regardless of your opinions on drugs you have to admit the 'intent to distribute' based on simple quantity of possessed drugs is completely draconian. In this culture where buying in bulk to save a few bucks is damn near a constitutional right, it seems downright silly to expect people to want to continually purchase small amounts of drugs.

Not to mention the fact that if you do, you just might end up in a Fark headline!
