(blabbermouth) Unlikely Faith No More discuss possible reunion. It would be epic if it was the real thing but this small victory will probably be falling to pieces. Jizzlobber   (roadrunnerrecords.com) divider line 42

Isn't Martin now a farmer out west somewhere growing Guiness record-sized pumpkins?

I'd rather see a Bungle reunion, but I don't think that will ever happen.

This news makes me Cuckoo For Caca and I have Evidence that the Zombie Eaters will be King For A Day and not a Crack Hitler.

/sorry...I just wanted to fit in.

UncleScam 2009-02-19 05:10:48 PM
good god that's funny.

this will never happen. it's been in the news several times in the past few months, but none of the band members are talking to each other and no one likes jim martin (except for every single FNM fan).

Dialectic 2009-02-19 05:13:34 PM
Well, the evidence (new window) is clear. Consider that we care a lot, we must understand the man's mid life crisis (new window).

So think of me and get on your way.

Any reunion attempt will quickly be falling to pieces.

Strange, their music kind of was out of place back in the 80's but its like sorta really cool today. Like if a band came out with this material today, it would be a hit. Not saying they weren't a hit back then too. actually, i don't know what i'm saying.

If there's a Patton fan out there who hasn't heard the Peeping Tom album, let me share a song I love:

Eh, I came here to make another Faith No More pun, but I see that area's already been well covered.

GoteamVenture 2009-02-19 06:08:51 PM
i'd really like to see a Mike Patton+Dillinger Escape Plan recalab. but that wont happen ever again :(

reservoirr13 2009-02-19 06:09:36 PM
Well, I'm falling to pieces over this. I hope the news doesn't ricochet too much.

/that's all I got.

There's tons of good FNM on youtube and tons of bad FNM covers.

You're saying they were a really good unique band whose music has aged well.

Just when you think FNM is about to fall off the edge of the world, they come from out from nowhere.

This will kick some serious ass. Hopefully they patch things up with Jim Martin. Hell, the guy was in Bill and Ted!

If I posted it once in a fark thread I've posted it a million times. If only someone could tame Pattons ego we might get more albums like;

Because the plot thickens every day
And the pieces of my puzzle keep crumblin' away

But I know, there's a picture beneath
