1) Kanye was 12 in 1990
2) First major nes rom hacks were circulating around 1997
3) In 1990 there was like one barely-functional NES emulator prototype in Japanese
4) If he didn't have an emulator, I really don't think Kanye was burning his own ROM chips at 12 either
