The site will also allow you to vote on what their new puppy's name will be.

/recovery will also be tracked with a graphic called the Amy Whinehouse meter

Bar graphs. And when you click "Learn More" you get the same figures, just in pretty colored circles. What a joke.

It's been one day. Wait until the money starts being distributed then you can biatch.

Within days after the signing of the legislation, Federal agencies will start distributing funds, and you will be able to see which states, Congressional districts, and even Federal contractors are receiving them. As soon as we are able to, we'll display that information visually, through maps, charts, and graphics.

Early stages though. It is untreatable once they start flicking their sun glasses off to have a closer look at something.

Everybody knows circles are an ancient relic of the past, and are evil. The trapezoid is the sign of the new culture of hope and change that is sweeping America the world. Anyone who doesn't embrace the trapezoid is merely relegating themselves to being a soulless minion of othodoxy.

If you needed any more proof that circles are evil, I give you the following:

People are used to bad governance, so they're antsy. Fortunately, we actually elected people who don't have a party platform that advocates ruining government. Things should be a little better.

Yes, you do need to find it. I have no idea what you're referring to, but even out of context it sounds delightful. I'm curious.

Yes, because he also closed down the media and destroyed our ability to also do our own research on the issues.

Don't worry, you can still watch Fox News and remain enlightened.

Throwing out lots of random data is a proven way to avoid detection of your actual activity.

I dunno, a bar graph with a section labeled "protecting the vulnerable" sounds eerily like propaganda. I mean, do you really think Obama will create a section titled "Pork and earmarks", or will items like a high speed train from Disneyland simply be lumped into "infrastructure"?

which circle are our unicorns in? The $81 billion in "protecting the vulnerable" or the $8 billion on other costs. This plan is vague like every other plan he has. I also think its noteworthy that "the same old plans that got us here" aka tax cuts are presented as the biggest single cost of the whole project.....

Obama is slacking off. By this time, George W. Bush had caught at least a peck of sea trout and gotten a tan.

Once the details of the plan come out, be sure to come back and grumble about how Republicans were left out. I'm working on a way to convert GOP whining into a source of energy, and I could use all the raw material I can get my hands on.

High speed train is pork? I don't agree with that at all.

It's been one day! Not one cent has been distributed yet and you are already biatching about how vague the figures are.

Yes. His centrist, slightly right-leaning, and carefully neutered to avoid the possibility that he might actually appear slightly left of, say, this guy, is socialism. Of course.
