These little angry neurotics feed off all the attention from real countries. I say ignore them, completely. Send no envoy, no charity, no cameras, no attention of any kind. When they make frantic statements to the press, we say NOTHING beyond "no comment".

After a year of empty threats, they will either stfu or try and nuke something, which will not be the US, so not our problem. South Korea and Japan are modern, civilized places that can look after themselves.
