Sorry that I like rap music, yes music I know what it means smart ass. Rap isn't anywhere close to my favorite genre but I do like some of it. It's not my fault you can't allow yourself to enjoy more than one style of music.

Prepare to be flamed to death. Not only is it considered clever on this site to say "RAP IS CRAP" in EVERY rap-related thread, remember it has to do with blacks, making it esepecially flame-worthy. Also, Lil' Wayne is popular, and we despise anything that lots of people like.

um no, it did make him quite a bit of money though.

The man has talent and is extremely entertaining (I am not so sure he is trying to be sometimes though). Obviously I am not taking my political advise from him, but I will laugh at his drug induced behavior. The last half of tha Carter III is lightyears better than the stuff you hear on the radio, but I am sure none of you music snobs would even give it a chance.

I really can't defend a lot of Lil Wayne's work. Lollipop is an abortion of music and Carter III was underwhelming. Still, the guy has serious lyrical talent which really shines through sometimes. If you don't like rap in general, fine, but Lil Wayne has a good flow and tends to keep things interesting.
