WTF?

I have seen the band Total farking Destruction play in Boston, and I have to say that they're one of the best bands I've seen in a long time. They were on a bill with two of my favorite Boston bands, Dead Like Death and Random Acts of Violence (now disbanded), and they still blew the audience away. I even bought a shirt. Never heard of the other bands, though.

I kinda like Holy Fark.

Fantastic band. They continue to renew my faith in hardcore every time I hear them.
Stupid interview, though. More like a thanksgiving dinner with your pesky, hyper-inquisitive uncle than an interview. (It was Fox News, though, so...eh.)

Hometown band represent. They do indeed rock. First band out there that has made me excited for where new music could be going in a while.

Was actually looking up Holy Fark and stumbled upon them a few months ago. The Chemistry of Common Life is an awesome album. Ignore the fact they're critical darlings (if you're into hipster knee-jerk anti-critic reactions) and give it a listen.

I'm pretty stunned that anyone on Fox News has that good a taste in music.

I think I might be too old-man to even understand that article. Can someone boil all those words from the article down into a succinct point?

OK, I re-read it. I can't decide if the author HAS ADD or has no idea what it's like to have ADD. There are so many hyperlinks and parenthetical anecdotes that I was unable to casually read it and had to actually stop down and force myself to slowly read it without going off on any of the reference tangents. It was only then that I realized that it was a piece of crap prologue to a stupid homogenized network news interview of a singer of a band who is only there because his band's name contains the word 'f-you-c-k'.

That being said, after a small amount of youtube referencing, they don't suck like I thought they would but that doesn't change the above statement. F-you-c-k you, or whatever, if you don't agree.

You forgot the best of all, San Francisco's simply named Fark. A band worth the name.
