sqvishicus - They are the "Tomorrow People" - It was a badly acted seventies British tween sci-fi show with worse special effects, but very addictive all the same. A new race of super humans who lived in a disused underground station....

Actually the effects weren't so bad, but the apparent Windex shortage in London took away from it...(fingerprints on everything in every scene)
