10 cent beer night at Cleveland Muni stadium. That's what could go wrong.

Three words: Progressive happy hour.

/Twenty-five cent tappers or dollar rails starting at 4pm, increasing by 5 cents every half-hour.
//Tanked by nine and still get an easy solid eight before first period Econ the next morning.
///All for less than ten bucks.
//WOO-HOO Brodway Joe's tavern--La Crosse, WI '92-'95.
/Sadly, R.I.P.

The best part is that they had an interior door that linked them with the laundromat next door. For some reason, I never got that last load folded.

/Tuesday night laundry FTW!!!!!

I went to West Chester University (Pa) in the late 80s and we had a "Suds & Duds" bar/laundromat. It was awesome. It was easy, even for a hideous CHUD like me, to pick up chicks. Most were fellow college chicks, and you knew they prolly weren't wearing underwear beacuse it was in the wash in front of you. Plus they were drinking with you so........

Apparently nothing... Idiot subby. There is a certain expectation with the img1.fark.net tag

I was just there last weekend. Apparently I went the wrong weekend. :-(

I don't even think that's legal here in Texas. The bar my wife used to work at was told that $0.25 (for an 8oz. cup of beer) was too cheap. But that's the TABC for you.

Must be something that could go wrong, but I can't think of it.

Something to remember is that there are about 40 bars in a five by five block area in downtown Orlando...

What could go wrong? If you get bombed they're not going to serve you anyway and if you go elsewhere the same will happen.

/fondly remembers dime time at the bars across from ODU
//I think VA ended that one too

hhhmmmm.... I think this could be a nation-wide trend.

I saw an article about something similar in a new york paper.

I had heard about this, but never saw a detailed account. This sums it up. A worthwhile read of mayhem and hilarity.
