I can't say I've ever done peyote, what's it actually like? The couple people I know who have done it basically said that they don't really remember anything from the trip and it lasts like 2 days

The only time I did peyote was the night before I was supposed to start a new job (day-time cook at a youth hostel).

We popped it at 6pm, so I figured I'd be sober well before I had to be there at 10am the next morning.

Not a farking chance.

We started the night off watching Delicatessen, and it just went downhill from there... let's just say working in an unfamiliar kitchen still tripping your face off, while the head chef evaluates your abilities is definitely not the way you want to come down from peyote.
