Nobbling is never explained in the article, either, which means everyone reading that word is expected to understand it.

Then again, the caption for the photo talks about Otis' earlier arrest for "lunching at Tony Blair", so maybe there's some room for interpretation?

Plus, getting arrested for supporting fox-hunting makes him the top contender for Upper-Class Twit of the Year.
