Can't be any worse than Tribe.

Hope it's better than Q2K.

Operation: Mindcrime, Rage for Order, Empire. All you ever need from Queensryche, and that's probably stretching it. Which is kinda sad, as there's definitely some talent there.

/Man, now I've got to find me a bottle of Zima, put on QR and re-read Neuromancer.

I used to be a big fan of this band until after Promised Land. Then the sound went weak. Didnt have the feel of Mindcrime/Empire/Rage for Order
Great band to see live though.

I am a die hard Queensryche fan. I will grant you that the albums after Promised Land were weak, but Promised Land itself is an amazing album. Sure it wasn't Mindcrime, and it wasn't trying to be.

I liked Hear in the Now Frontier. Yes it was different.

But it still had Chris Degarmo.

Sorry, Michael. QR won't be the same without him.

I agree. There were some pretty good songs on there.

I was completely disappointed with Operation Mindcrime 2, however I will still buy any album they put out. The shows that they put on are just that good to where I want to support them as much as possible.

The Warning was pretty damn good too. Mindcrime will always be my favorite album though.

I know everyone thinks this singer is a god, but I saw a video of "the making of Hearin Aid" and they had a camera in the iso booth as he did the vocals and there were no effects on his voice on the cam mike and it was HILARIOUS! It sounded like a bad American Idol audition.

I also pretty much stopped listening to them after Promised Land although I did download mindcrime 2 to see what it was like.

/glad I didn't spend money, it kind of bit

OM:2 was not the magnum opus that we all wanted it to be. I think QR recorded it just to shut everyone up and so they could finally move on to bigger things. Personally, I can't wait to hear the new stuff.

Great live band too, not to be missed.

Queensryche / Dream Theater was one of my favorite summer tours ever.

DT blew them off the stage though.

I hope this album doesn't suck like everything post-promised land.

You people and your crappy music........QR has always sucked.
