I think you'll find that when you magnify things that much, there are things that you'll find unsightly.
Looks like a perfectly fine nipple to me.

dsclink: I'd be embarrassed to say how long I stared at that. That is 8 frames of awesome. I especially like the shadow cast by the back tire on frames 3 and 4 (and 5 is nice too). The cut out around the tread texture on the front wheel is very nice.
