Hey man, she told you that she was no good.

Probably would have saved her life.

Normally I would make the point that musicians don't necessarily have to be pretty to be good at what they do, and that we should respect Amy for her fine talent in spite of her fugliness, however she completely did this to herself. She was born good-looking enough to be attractive in a classy way, if she had bothered to look halfway professional.

I've seen the effects of drug abuse personally in my ex-wife. I saw the woman I married slowly transform into something that could only be described as an Auschwitz victim. It was tragic to watch but ultimately, there's nothing anyone can do except step out of the situation (which I did).
