As he already admitted to fraud far in excess of his personal assets, they should immediately begin liquidating everything he has and boot him out of that ridiculous pad of his. If they aren't going to jail him, fine, put him some hole for $500 a month.

It's pretty idiotic to think that he'll get to live out the next few years in his penthouse while they decipher the books to get the charges in order.

Someone must've coached him. Most of the photos with that hat and coat are from an early series of him out and about. If you watch the video, the photo/video swarm is blocking him and he swats away one photographer aggressively. The guy or someone else gets pissed and comes back through the swarm and shoves Madoff but he blows it off and continues. He never changed his expression as I'm sure someone told him he will be baited to do so. If he had made one angry face during that shoving match, those 6 frames would've been the pictures we would've gotten.

Instead we get his stupid baseball capped smirk.
