Posolutely marvelous. That slow, slow Ray Charles tempo is like sweet molasses.

Well that was certainly different.

i love ray charles. it seems like he and otis redding could take ANY song and turn it into soulful, sex-oozing, molasses-dripping, hip grinding, baby-making music.

Lip synched, but RC had more talent than one human should have been legally allowed.

If you really dig this, may I heartily recommend picking up the two disc "Best of the Johnny Cash Show" at Johnny Cash.Com. The guy who runs it, Bill Miller, does a TON to keep Cash's name circulating and keep fan interest alive. Every cent of profit he makes from the online store goes toward funding that as well as stuff like the Johnny Cash Birthday celebration in California this year.

This sounds like the riff in the Levitra commercial.

Damn. The world is less without you, Ray.

That's what I was trying to figure out! I knew I heard that riff on a commercial!

Huge Ray Charles fan but that sucked.

That's why Ray Charles and Johnny Cash are great. They can take something like that and turn it into just the right words, and put some music around it to take it up a notch. Me, I would have just used Preparation H.
