It may be a little late to answer this one, but if you do read this, please know I had this problem to...I tracked the URL down, and it told me I needed to login, so I created a profile (came up through Yahoo...) and attached it to my regular yahoo mail. I then had to change my settings to turn of the content filter. Now, as long as I check my yahoo mail in the mornings before checking out a photoshop contest, everything's alright!
