Going for the Daffy Duck/Bugs Bunny thing in this story is a really big stretch.

And one of them, wielding a shotgun, in a confined space, manages to shoot his buddy instead of, well, the sky; you know, that vast blue bowl containing 180 degrees of horizon, perched overhead.

Sorry, that's amusingly stupid.

News flash to hunters: Yes, you can recklessly endanger your partner and legally, violently assault them - even if you're 'hunting' - by being cluelessly stupid and succumbing to duck fever. Hunting is not an excuse for every moronic behavior out there, although it's often used as one.

Chances are you don't need the protein anyway. Hunt clothes are some of the only duds out there regularly offered in XXL, XXXL, and even XXXXL.
