The same exact tactics that the republicans used to hand the election to the Dems on a silver platter are still in use. Interesting.

What do you guys want to lose next ?

She has a hobby, it is giving liberals a hard time. Wait, it pays her some good coin, so technically it is a vocation not an avocation.

She's quick with the cheap shots and cheerleader sound-bytes, but if the Conservative cause is to be relevant again it needs more intelligent pundits like William F. Buckley, or his son Chris, not Michelle Malkin. The way the GOP is headed that doesn't seem too likely in the foreseeable future.

You know, the funny thing is the Liberal Cause doesn't have any great commentators either; in fact both sides now rely upon cheap shot artists. However, the article was pretty interesting in that it demonstrated there was some underhanded shait going on to keep the Fund Raising Website up and afloat on the .gov extention; which is against the policies. Add to that the persons exclamation of "Rock and Roll" once they had finagled things into their way and yea it's newsworthy.

Does it prove Obama did something wrong or illegal? No, but it does show that his people are not above being shady to get some cash.

/That and people are very likely to ignore the message because they dislike the messanger.

OK so what are the actual ramifications of such a change.gov site, does it disappear the moment Obama is sworn in or does it help usher in a President still in campaign mode? This is totally wacked out, what does this mean? Can someone enlighten me please? Actually we need to be scared of this.

Just learn how to moonwalk and talk some jive, and you'll "get it."

Also, when and if you learn how to moonwalk (dry socks on a smooth floor and hopefully you have a dog or more), them pups can't grasp it and completely flip out in awe. They know positively you're the Alpha or Omega once they see that shiat.

Take notes Dog Whisperer.

God knows, we've gotta be scared of something.

It's funny how now is the time to be pantshiattingly terrified of potential executive abuses. Y'know, when the executive-to-be has a D next to his (obviously muslin) name.

I'd say this horrible crime totally equals one yellowcake forgery, torture memo, or extraordinary rendition. Obama still has a few thousand to go.

See, that's where you're wrong- bloggers have discredited his economic analysis because they all have PHDs in economics. Also, there is a youtube clip of a guy saying the housing bubble was going to burst so obviously we should listen to his doomsday scenario where the world implodes because of paper money.

Also, Fox and CNBC, shockingly, gave bad market advice and encouraged stupid decisions. This means, of course, that all economists are wrong because both of those networks represent the pinacle of knowledge.

Lastly, the labor costs of one industry that represents 10% of total costs (for that industry) forced executives, banks, and middle management, along with white collar workers, all to make long term mistakes for their companies. Logically, we should force these 10% to pay for their crimes since no one else is to blame. NO ONE ELSE.

Really? We're supposed to believe Michelle Malkin and only Malkin realized that he got it illegally? Wow, she's so awesome she can make up laws and then retroactively make them violate them.

On the money. Internal policy is not law.

If our government had broken down to the point that the President-elect couldn't get an exception to a government domain registration policy, we'd be well and truly f*cked.

What's next? "Obama illegally seizes extra condiments during lunchtime incursion!"

CanisNoir: it demonstrated there was some underhanded shait going on to keep the Fund Raising Website up and afloat on the .gov extention;

It most certainly did not. You and she are morans on that point, at the very least.

And let me just say: I'd rather my President-Elect bend a rule and get change.gov set up than my Soon-To-Be-Ex-President illegally invade another country - and even if you want to argue it wasn't an illegal invasion, he so royally farked it up it's not even funny.

So you go ahead and biatch about this. Just be glad it's all you have to moan about. I'm glad Bush is going the fark away.

In other words, he's not a crook as long as he's *my* crook?

Never said it was illegal either, I simply said it was some shady shait - and it is, but at least we know that you have a problem with consistency.

/I can't wait for Bush to be gone either - then childish Libs can stop whining about every little thing and Childish Con's will start.

I didn't vote Obama, but how is this shady? Honestly, at this point I am embarrassed for you.

What is shady? Who bent the rules? Did it not go through proper channels? Was there a formal request for a waiver? Was it granted? What was shady?

Woman who thinks race based concentration camps are a good idea feels giving the president elect a domain name is an unacceptable violation of decency.

d'art 2008-12-21 01:51:17 AM
Subby, since you're the one who brought in legal ramifications, not Malkin, I was wondering if you'd be so kind as to enlighten those of us who do not see 1) a cause of action for anybody involved or 2) a violation of any state or federal criminal code exactly what was illegal about what Malkin has described.

Please cite specific code sections and/or case law.

Or come out and admit that you're a moron, one of the two.
