I saw the Ting-Tings at Lolla this year because I there weren't any bands in that time slot I really wanted to see. I was pleasantly surprised.

The Ting-Tings are like being nagged in musical form.

There is no "ti" sound in Japanese, nor do words end with an "ng" sound. There is, however, chin-chin (チンチン) which is probably how you'd transliterate Ting Ting but I think it is just penis, not necessarily small. Besides, some towns have a streetcar called the "chin chin train" -- a description of the bell ringing. It will occasionally elicit a smile even though it's a tired old homonym, but there are so few syllables in Japanese that such "puns" are generally ignored or not noticed, particularly when talking about foreign words (or band names, etc).

Anyway as long as we're talking about Japanese genitals, let's switch the gender of the conversation. Photos please.
