No, I could care less if Darwin intervenes in the evolution of rap music. I would particular be grateful if the gene pool was swept clean of Soulja Boy and Kanye West.

I was simply pointing out that rap hate threads on Fark are more regular than Caturday.

I could also point out that most of the people who end up in these threads "hating" on rap are blowing gibberish out of their ass and don't know the first thing about it.

Dunno if it was the inexperienced young actors or the absurdity of a 70 year old Dirty Harry but I found myself laughing uncontrollably for more than a few scenes of Gran Torino. I really needed to do a double take when Eastwood opened a scene with "So a Jew, a Mexican and a Black walk into a bar"...the character might as well wore a sign that said "I am a bitter old racist"....the whole talking to himself schtick also came across as a cheap replacement for character exposition

Not to say it didn't have its moments (it definitely did) but its far from eastwoods best work.
