Or give to charity so that your money is helping people who need the extra help. For all they know some schmo' is picking this stuff up and running of to the pawn shop. +1 for the thought, -2 for how it was implemented

You should give up your internet connection and donate the monthly proceeds to charity. Lead by example if you're calling for people to do something.

Me? This is my neighbors internet. Thank you Mr. Neighbor, for your year long holiday spirit.

I will use the newfound wealth to get a seat by the exit, as I like to get off the plane first!

A few years back, I did all the IT work for Henne Jewelers (The company doing this), before I switched companies.

Awesome people, from the owning family, all the way down to the grunts. This doesn't surprise me seeing them do something like this. Extremely friendly and classy individuals, all of them.

I miss doing work for them. Extremely nice people. The only surprising thing about a story like this is this isn't a low quality store. When I used to work there, the cheapest thing they sold was like $1000.00!

I'm guessing that they bought cheaper pieces specifically for this promotion.

I can't wait to hear the stories about copycats who put out packages full of lesser gifts for unsuspecting people to open, thinking it was jewelry. They open it expecting jewelry but find a huge stash of graphic granny/beastiality porn.
