I've always heard of "The Taliban" referred to in the singular. Is Submitter suggesting that there is an alternative spelling as well as the ability for the group as a whole to be expressed as a plural?

Churchill2004 [TotalFark] 2008-12-12 03:53:45 AM
As abhorrent as this is as a matter of principle, I'm willing to bet that in practice our insane anti-poppy campaign does a lot more to indirectly push money and support to the Taliban than anything else.

And Arabic-English transliteration is a tricky subject. There really is no single right way to do it.

Is no one else terrified at the way dollars, once they're taken by the government, spring to life and do all this work? What if the dollars in our pockets right now are awake and aware and just biding their time? They're close to use throughout the day, they now a lot of our secrets and when we go to sleep at night, who knows what they do!

I saw no to sentient money! It's only a matter of time before they rise up and otherthrow their masters!

Alalalala ...

(Let's find them)
(Bomb 'n end them!)
(Kill them!)

Alalalala (TaleBan!)
Allah Akbar (TaleBan!)
Allah will be kind, if you can;
Many virgins for each man
Alalalala (TaleBan!)
Allah Akbar (TaleBan!)
Load explosives in the van;
The ones smuggled from Iran

(Kill them!)
Alalalala ...
(Kill infidels!)
Allah Akbar ...

Alalalala
Allah Akbar
Alalalala
Allah Akbar
Die! Die! Die!
Kill them!
Destroy them!
Bomb 'n end them!
We will bury them!
We can beat them!
We will stop them!
When you kill them, kill them, kill them!
So kill them!
TaleBan!

Alalalala (TaleBan!)
Allah Akbar (TaleBan!)
Allah will be kind, if you can;
Many virgins for each man
Alalalala (TaleBan!)
Allah Akbar (TaleBan!)
Jihad them from Pakistan;
Those who ignore our Qur'an

(Kill them!)
Alalalala ...
(Kill infidels!)
Allah Akbar ...

Of course they have to burn them. The U.S. should be thanking them for that, probably helps out the auto industry. Remember Al-Qaeda has challenged Bush to send thousand and thousands of troops over there.

And speaking of the enemies of freedom, who the hell shut down infovlad? Just another example of how terrorist attacks don't help Al-Qaeda politically or financially, the truth and the free flow of information are our primary weapons now. The attacks in India were obviously a false flag operation, I have outlined the intended goals of them on my website and they have western intelligence meddling written all over them.

before y'all jump on the submitter for his/her spelling of taliban, consider that arabic words can be spelled many different ways in english. for example, the libyan leader's name is sometimes spelled "qaddafi," "gaddafi" or "khaddafi."

FlashHarry [TotalFark] 2008-12-12 08:24:27 AM
and of course, "taliban" is pashto, not arabic - but i would imagine the same rule applies.

Taleban is used by the BBC and they put a lot of effort into making sure they're correct on these things.

No, some people might care, people like you obviously don't but looking at your post you seem to be a lost cause anyway. I try to get the information out there, the mujahideen will not stop fighting the invaders until they pull out of Muslim land. The U.S. presence there is an exercise in M.I.C. profitability and doesn't help the people over there nor the U.S. people here. Trillions of dollars are being spent while the standard of living in both countries is going down. Do you not see a problem here?

All war is hell and local. While this war may be being fought on the other side of the planet and shielded from ordinary Americans eyes. It accomplishes nothing and will be looked back on in regret and shame by Americans and of triumph and inspiration for the mujahideen after the U.S. leaves broken and defeated. This I can assure you.

What I'm trying to say is, you should care. There is no stopping the Jihad.

That and Rumsfeld's idea of using private companies to support military operations. After all, the private sector is more efficient.

My friend, get real: Do you really expect any "serious" responses from anyone with an I.Q. of over fifty? You are that most despised of all things Internet: You are a gimmick. You have an ideologically charged screen name, and you make trolls that are exactly predictable based upon your gimmick handle.
A gimmick is a lazy man's way to troll. What you say to us when you come here under the cover of a gimmick is: "Well, I'm going to troll you people, but you aren't worth the effort to really troll, so I'll just spout canned lines that go with my gimmick".

That's not a very respectful thing to say to another person. If you want serious responses from anyone who isn't dumb enough to get hooked by the crudest of all trolls, come here with a serious handle and post serious comments. As it is, you are just a big phony.

soakitincider: this is the kind of shiat that really grinds my gears; being fiscally liberal is the worst concept to ever exist in the history of mankind.

Sir Winston Churhill once made an interesting observation about we Americans: "Having exhausted all other possibilities, the Americans can generally be counted upon to do the Right Thing."

I am genuinely hoping that we have come to the point where all the other possibilities have been exhausted. The Whorehouse of Liberalism has burned down. The Trailer Park of Conservatism has blown away in a tornado of it's own making. At some point, one would hope that they will be forced to adopt some sound, moderate fiscal policies, if only for lack of remaining alternatives.

jso2897, while I would like that quote to come true, I think this one more accurately describes the situation.

Congratulations America you have become everything you have described your imaginary enemy to be. It's called psychological projection.

Dupa [TotalFark] 2008-12-12 09:31:06 AM
Taleban/Taliban, whatever.

As long as we're discussing semantics, TFA mentions that one British base uses 1,000,000 Liters of fuel per week. If the brits switched to U.S. measurements they would only need to move 264,172 Gallons, which would be much easier, and cheaper, to do.

It is curious how everybody thinks I am a troll. If you look back you will see I have been consistent with my postings, and I am the same way in real life. I admit my nick might be a little hostile, but it is a ploy, posting on the internet does very little but I want to make sure people can look back and see that it was the so called "enemy" that was right all along and tried their best to enlighten and inform the masses. As my profile says..

"Since the 11th, many of America's policies have come under the influence of the Mujahideen, and that is by the grace of Allah, the Most High. And as a result, the people discovered the truth about it, its reputation worsened, its prestige was broken globally and it was bled dry economically, even if our interests overlap with the interests of the major corporations and also with those of the neoconservatives, despite the differing intentions."

I probably take accusations of treason the same way my enemies take acclimations of patriotism.

We should get out of Afhganistan because is it a hopeless country. We could stay there for twenty years and they'd still be a totally backwards bunch of idiots trying to live in the stone age. Just tell them that we aren't going to rebuild jack shiat anymore, that we're going to stick to what we're good at which is blowing shiat up so if they wan't to get their shiat blown up, keep it up.
