My wife is from Chicago, and that's how they farking talk there. She had a bit of culture shock moving to Minnesota, and the locals had even more of a shock hearing a) someone swear at work, and b) someone who didn't believe it was your $DEITY-given right to have lunch at exactly noon even if you were in the middle of actual work, and c) that traffic was not a valid excuse to set your work hours from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM and expect everyone else to accommodate.

She still swears a lot more than native Minnesotans. And belches. Really loud.
