I'm sure the writer meant to put some substance into that article. They just didn't around to it.

Sometimes I'm tempted to visit these procrastination threads a week later, just to see how long someone really DID procrastinate for, before finally commenting.

The article was too long, I'll finish it later. However, I agree someone needs to send this to George R. R. Martin.

So am I correct in gathering that the article can basically be summed up as an advertisement for some guy's book?

Bhruic: So am I correct in gathering that the article can basically be summed up as an advertisement for some guy's book?

Yes. And, according to the article, the book offers a single solution, which is nonsense. People procrastinate for different reasons, which will call for different solutions.

I've read all kinds of articles, books and studies on procrastination, and if anyone comes across any solution or techniques besides "Prioritize! Make a list! Stick to your schedule! Reward yourself!" I would love to hear it.

I'd be willing to pay a lot of money to find something that actually worked...
