And whose son was able to accomplish something that no President has ever done: begin and fail to win two wars. At least Bush Sr had good advice in his war to invade Baghdad, and had an actual Coalition of Nations fighting together (not just a lame Coalition of the willing where some nations just offered moral support or a token fighting force).
If Bush Sr had paid more attention to domestic problems during his term, he would have easily defeated Bill Clinton and have been considered a good President.
