(Starpulse) Unlikely Britney Spears' manager says she is "getting happier and stronger." Oh, and she's really good at riding unicorns by Gumdrop Lake and having picnics with elves in the Enchanted Forest   (starpulse.com) divider line 29

Would this be the same manager who shot her up with cocaine and shoved her out on stage when she was suffering from mono?

I think that manager dropped her like a rock when she began to go crazy.

I actually hope this is true. Not because I like Britney's music, but because it gives me a lot of hope that people can become complete trainwrecks and then pull up and dig themselves out of it. She's still got at least a decade left in her career if she can put herself back together.

Same here, she's the American Underdog. We're all cheering for her even if no one will admit to buying an album of hers.

This bothers me. I've been very happy with the progress Britney has made, but mental illness takes a long time to overcome. And I'm not sure mostly naked in front of the entire world is the right way for a 26 year old woman to do it.

Yeah but the vast majority of people who deal with "real" issues don't make the news. If she can make it back again maybe all trailer trash brain dead whores have a chance. And really isn't the idea that with an income higher than most country's GNP you can overcome anything kind of inspiring?

"In other news, It was recently learned by The Enchanted Forest Press today that the UAW, Unicorn Automotive Workers, have filed a class action lawsuit against Britney Spears for breach of contract, endangering Unicorn worker safety, excessive Unicorn horn grabbing, riding a Unicorn with an expired license, and failure to pay toll fee at the Gumdrop Lake Recreational Department.

Britney's attorney has issued a public statement that they cannot comment on this issue right now

The cost of the lawsuit is also prompting a lobbying effort to the Elvish government for a 10 Billion Sugarcane bailout agreement before the legislation adjourns in a musical dance number for the holidays."

Why doesn't she deserve it?

Because she's white trash? Oh yeah.. because popular music has so many poet laureates? Because the boys in the 'hood' should get a chance but some blonde bimbo shouldn't? It's the American dream. As unrealistic and stupid as that may be she has just as many rights as any other american citizan. And if you had a clue about mental illness you would know that social background and wealth status have no bearing on it whatsoever. Remember the old saw.. Money Can't Buy Happiness. Guess what? IT'S TRUE!!!111!!

Since you obviously have no clue, be grateful that you haven't had to deal with mental illness in your own life. And try cutting those that have alittle slack. It won't hurt your superiority image at all to show alittle compassion for someone else.

/can't farking stand Brittney Spears
//she is definately stupid trailer trash
///but that doesn't mean she doesn't deserve a chance to fix her life

i think it was the Euro VMA where she performed with Madonna, and she was conservatively dressed and looked good and Madonna that looked like a zombie. hey, i hope she really is doing better, and from this recent pic, it looks like she might be...

Think about it. If the whole breakdown was not several attempts to get attention since she could not do it with any compelling talent, and if it was indeed a real meltdown and not bull shat, then shouldn't she be REALLY trying to work on her life and getting custody back of her children, instead of jumping back on that stripper pole?

You have to be sick to want to watch this "Circus". Sick and sad.

Oh, don't worry, people can. And they don't need millions of dollars to do it, either. How much did her money help her--until it was taken away and given to her dad?

What does she have to work on? She's a performer, that's what she's good at, and that's what makes her tons of money. She sees her kids a lot, and I think Federline is only required to let her see them once a month or something. So that's about as good as it's going to get for a while. And a woman with serious mental health issues doesn't need to be taking care of little kids, even if she is under control now.

So let her perform, even if it's not your cup of tea. It probably makes her happy to be in control of something again.

I saw a snippet of a video about the making of her new video (doesn't that bend space-time or something?), and she sounded sooo forced and scripted in her commentary. It was very sad.

Yeah I mean I gave up on her a while ago but I really hope that she is living better and has come to terms on how farked up she was living.

Also in Womanizer she looked hot. Very much so. Tappable.

I have nothing but contempt for that damn Candy Mountain video. The idiot savants I work with were quoting it for weeks and weeks and weeks. Unfunniest hyped-up thing I'd watched since Napoleon Dynamite.
