It's not the populated areas you have to be concerned with. WE have contact every day with others who are not like us. The further from the coasts you venture into our country, the more you realize that some of you people are simply...simple.

Don't you guys drive at high speeds on the New Jersey Turnpike and interbred with guidos?

I met a sane and really nice and polite guy here once. But then it just turned out he was just driving through from Pennsylvania.

Any state that doesn't let you PUMP YOUR OWN GAS deserves to be drummed out of the union.

Talking to you Oregon as well.

As a former poll worker in New Jersey, who has actually read the elections law, and remembers bits and pieces of it, I'm wondering why State Senator Shirley Turner (D-Lawrenceville) is so ignorant of New Jersey's state laws.

Title 19:4-1(1) already clearly denies sufferage to the insane, whether they're criminal or not.

But hey, lady, if you're so stupid that you want to try to pass a law prohibiting something when there's already a law doing exactly that? Have at it.

Newly moved to Jersey, and folks seem mostly sane. Ish.

Have yet to meet my first genuine guido.

Manfred J. Hattan 2008-11-16 05:22:08 PM
Dbirchall, New Jersey amended its constitution to remove the general "idiot or insane" language, instead requiring that a judge specifically rule that a person lacks the capacity to make voting decisions, something they rarely do to that level of specificity. The proposed legislation would remove some ambiguity left by that constitutional change.

One can reasonably be against the proposal on the merits, but on the evidence it's unfair to argue that it is fully duplicative of the status quo.

Horse-pheathers

Come north by the city (New York City) and scope out Willowbrook Mall and Garden State Plaza. You will see guidos by the hundreds. Be careful though.

And now an appeal for sanity from the Reverend Arthur Belling.

i158.photobucket.com

You know, there are many people in the country today who, through no fault of their own, are sane. Some of them were born sane. Some of them became sane later in their lives. It is up to people like you and me who are out of our tiny little minds to try and help these people overcome their sanity. You can start in small ways with ping-pong ball eyes and a funny voice and then you can paint half of your body red and the other half green and then you can jump up and down in a bowl of treacle going 'squawk, squawk, squawk...' And then you can go 'Neurhhh! Neurhh!' and then you can roll around on the floor going 'pting pting pting' ...

/Yes, I know that's not a picture of the Rev. Belling.

I live in new jersey and I can assure all of you that I vote just like how the pink elephant tells me to just like a good boy should. Though he keeps telling me to burn things. He's awfully mean when he drinks.

/Remember Kids our unofficial state motto: New Jersey, where the weak are killed and eaten.
